Krav Maga Waterloo Teens Programs

This is one of the most important groups of people we train! Teens are in danger from a myriad of potential pitfalls in their day to day lives including concealed weapons in school, teen violence and bullying, illegal drug use and other issues. Give your teen the tools that they need to stay safe. Krav Maga Teen class is designed for young men and women ages 12-15 years old. The regular Krav Maga self defense curriculum is followed along with some boxing and kickboxing type training as well as basic ground grappling skills.
